About The House

On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room with a large fireplace. Here you have direct access to the garden and the pool or, on the street side, to the herb garden with its cosy fountain and a shady terrace. In the top equipped kitchen, you will find everything your heart desires to prepare fine meals, which you can either enjoy in the stylishly furnished dining room or in the barbecue area. In the dining room there is a cosy tiled stove.

From the kitchen you have access to the large garage and the laundry room, where you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. From the laundry room you have access to the garden.

The cosy and spacious barbecue area is equipped with a large fireplace, a Weber kettle grill and an original pizza wood oven. Spend some cosy hours here and prove your grilling skills or your undiscovered talent as a pizzaiolo. A wonderful flow into the garden and to the pool including the possibility to protect the whole barbecue area with fabric blinds complete the wonderful outdoor area.
