About Us

1995 - as a young athlete, the first foot contact with South African soil - and a great love affair begins. Further training stays follow - in 2005 the second edition of the Cape Epic becomes the big highlight. The unbelievable warmth of the people, the great natural highlights along the beautiful route from Knysna to Stellenbosch strengthen our love for the country. At the end of 2005 we combine our love for each other and our love for South Africa and enjoy a wonderful honeymoon. Back home in Switzerland, we become proud parents for the first time.

By now there are four of us, Diana, Daniel, Jeremy & Iain. And our sons have also lost their hearts to the country & its people after our first South Africa road trip in 2018. During all these years, wonderful and deep friendships have grown, and we are always overwhelmed with the warmth and cordiality with which we are welcomed and allowed to be guests in this great country.

In 2022 we have found our little - big paradise: Eden Paradys! The proximity to world-renowned and beautiful bike trails and a great hiking area (Eden - Jonkershoek & Mont Marie) is no coincidence: we are avid bikers and love challenging hikes in a breathtaking environment. Mother Nature has conjured up some of the most beautiful trails and hikes right here! We have been renting out our little Paradys to loving guests since 2023. So that you too can experience the magic of Eden Paradys - whizz down the trails - climb the mountain peaks - visit the magnificent wineries or just - rest your soul.
